Dabangg movie directer Abhinav envisioned the movie as a realistic off-beat action drama similar to Vishal Bhardwaj films like omkara.

But Salman insisted upon making Dabangg a full on action film. He wanted Dabangg to surpass his 2009 action thriller 'Wanted',directed by Prabhu Deva which was a huge success.

so Salman roped in WANTED's action director S Vijayan for the Dabangg movie.And the end result was -5 lengthy action sequences in Dabangg.Dabangg has a 20 minutes violent ending sequence.

At the same time Dabangg producer Arbaaz khan,was afraid that some of the violent scenes of the movie would be cut by the censor board.

At the end,Dabangg gets U/A certificate without any violent scene deletions.Salman khan’s fan can see him performing mind blowing sharp action scenes in Dabangg-the fearless.
